  1. DollarTraffic will pay you for all sign-ups and recurring memberships received from textlinks or banners pushed on your website. The amount you are paid is always 55% of the sign-up price which is between $11.95 and $39.95. The fee of 15% to Ibill will be settled before each payment. Tampering will lead to termination, loss of all funds, and possibly prosecution. Our log files will prevail in determining amount of sign-ups.

  2. Payments are mailed to you by Ibill (Internet Billing Company)twice every month for the accumulated sign-ups and recurring sign-ups from the preceding month. The check to you will not be issued until the total amount exceeds $50. If you do not exceed this amount your settlement will be carried over from every month to the next until your account has accumulated the minimum amount of $50.00.

  3. Chargebacks, refunds and credits - are divided into the same percentage-split as payouts. This means - the DollarTraffic Client pays 55% and DollarTraffic pays 45%.

  4. DollarTraffic is NOT responsible for the success or change of Ibill. DollarTraffic can therefor not be held liable for any missing payments, bankruptcy or other problems within Ibill. If Ibill close their company, all outstanding balances between the webmaster and DollarTraffic are to be resolved with Ibill.

  5. Spamming is strictly prohibited. This includes e-mail spamming, newsgroups, and IRC.

    If you violate our terms of this agreement your account will be terminated from the program and we will reserve the right to withhold all your accumulated funds.

  6. If you send any hits from any URLs which contain and/or promote the following content, programs or linking practices it will result in the immediate cancellation of the account from which the hits were sent and the forfeiture of any funds owed that account. The content/actions in question are: child pornography, spam e-mails.

  7. If you are sending traffic where you would like to get the remaining traffic back, after it has been through our program - pleaseenter the correct URL you wish to have your traffic returned to.It is your responsibility to fill in the field of return traffic.DollarTraffic cannot be held liable if you enter incorrect information.

  8. It is not allowed to benefit from more than ONE promotion offer from DollarTrafficat the time. If you try to use more promotion codes at one time - it could result inthe termination of your account.

    You are NOT allowed to have a return traffic link back to a page with more than 2 popup-consoles, nor is it allowed to send traffic back to a site containing: child pornography, bestiality

  9. DollarTraffic will not be held responsible for loss due to downtimes resulting from complications with your hosting equipment or technical errors. Also, Dollartraffic will not be held responsible for loss due to downtimes resulting complications with Ibill technical errors or downtimes.

  10. We reserve the right to cancel this program at any time, without prior notification. In such cases you will be notified immediately and paid for ALL accumulated funds up to that point in time, except in cases where it is determined you have violated this agreement!

  11. DollarTraffic reserves the right to terminate your account if it is idle for more than one month. In such case you will be notified in advance.

  12. If you are being hosted for free through DollarTraffic or a DollarTraffic liaison you will NOT be able to get your traffic back. DollarTraffic reserves the right to send this traffic to a site of our choice.

  13. DollarTraffic reserve the right to deny any prospective sponsor admittance into our program based on their content or for any other reason.

  14. We reserve the right to change the payout rate with a month notice.

  15. All funds are paid by check in U.S. funds.
